I am not going to lie. I have been in a rut. One of those where you really want to work out, but you make up excuses of why you can get away with not. Or when you know you’re in a rut, but you try to convince yourself that you’re not really in a rut because you have still worked out one day each week for the past 2-3 weeks.
Well that ends today. I went to the gym yesterday and am about to go again (Thanks Kasey for texting me that you were at the gym - it gave me that extra push). I will go before work tomorrow and Friday too. That will make 4 days this week instead of a measily 1! Let’s do this!

I’m back in the gym. Going hard! 17 min to go a couple more hundred calories to burn!
Another workout challenge!
I get a lot of requests for more cardio, and I know my followers are at many different levels of fitness, so here’s another leveled workout like the first one I did. The workouts get more intense as the level goes up, so find one you can do and move up as they get easier for you. Make sure you keep water nearby!

That would be me. I haven’t been on tumblr. I haven’t been working out as much as I should. However, I have not completely fell off of the healthy eating wagon! I did make it to the gym yesterday for the first time in over a week. I know, a week isn’t horrible, but I feel like I have lost my mojo after being sick.
I have a plan though and it involves me getting my arse back into that gym! I need t motivate myself again, then the determination will set back in.
Let’s do this!

My quick workout for today. I have been sick with a cold since last Wednesday, and we all know how that makes us feel in the wanting to get up and do anything department.
I still don’t feel 100%, but I didn’t want to continue the not working out business, so u sucked it up.
For the rest of this week, I intend to use these workouts to get one in and next week it is back in the gym for me.
